A maximum of 2 pets are permitted per apartment. A one-time Non-refundable Pet Fee in the amount of $300 for the 1st pet and $150 for the 2nd pet will be due at the time of move in. Pets must be on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after their pets. A fine of $250.00 will be charged for each violation. Pets are not allowed to leave unattended on a patio/balcony at any time.

Restrictions and additional information: No aggressive breeds.
